Distance from Words of Torah from Green Garbage Bins
Question
Is it necessary to distance oneself for words of Torah and prayer from the large green garbage bins of buildings?
Answer
If there is no bad smell, it is permitted even within four cubits. If there is, it is forbidden until four cubits from where the smell ends.
