Blessing in a Place with a Bad Smell

If I am in a place where I know there is a bad smell from a child's diaper, and I do not smell it, only know it exists, is it permissible to recite the Grace after Meals there?

Hello,
If normally the smell is noticeable, you should distance yourself.
If some people can smell it and some cannot, you do not need to distance yourself if you do not smell it.
