Confusion During Prayer Due to a Health Difficulty
Question
Due to my mental/physical condition, lately I have been very confused, and quite often it happens that I get confused/doze off and do not remember where I am up to in the Amidah (Shemoneh Esrei) and/or in other parts of the prayer.
From where should I continue in such a case?
I would very much appreciate it if you could detail what the halachah is regarding the different parts of the prayer.
Thank you very much,

If you are uncertain whether you recited the first verse of Keriat Shema, you should repeat it.
In the other parts of the prayer, you do not need to go back.
