Mistake in the Text of the Blessing 'Sim Shalom'

Question

Shalom Rav, during the morning prayer, a person reached the blessing 'Who blesses His people Israel with peace' and began with 'Shalom Rav'. Should he continue, or start again and say 'Sim Shalom Tova U'vracha..' ?

Shalom Rav 

Correct it and say it properly.
