Praying Alone or Without a Hat and Suit
Question
He is near the synagogue but does not have a hat and suit, and if he goes to get them, he will miss the prayer with the congregation. Is it preferable to pray alone with a hat and suit, or to pray with the congregation without them?
Answer
He should pray alone with an outer garment and two coverings.
