Praying in a Place with a Different Custom

Question

A person praying in the Ashkenazi tradition in a place where the Sephardi tradition is followed, and he is the shaliach tzibbur, can he pray the Amidah silently in the Ashkenazi tradition and repeat it in the Sephardi tradition?
