Prayer on a Plane

Hello, I am scheduled to fly to the United States at the beginning of next week, with the flight departing from Israel at 11:00 PM. When should I pray Shacharit and recite the Shema? Thank you in advance for the rabbi's response.

The times of the day are determined by the time when the plane is over the location where it is situated.
