Driving Test Before Prayer

I have been scheduled for a driving test (practical exam) tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. Usually, it is not possible to choose the time of the test, and if I do not show up I will lose the fee I have already paid and will have to wait about a month for a new date. What should I do: take the test before Shacharit, pray on the bus while seated and alone, pray before sunrise, or cancel the test?

Recite Birkot HaShachar before the test, and after the test pray the rest of the prayer service.
