Law for One Holding in Pesukei Dezimra When the Chazan Begins Barchu
Question
One is in the middle of Pesukei Dezimra and the Shaliach Tzibur began Yishtabach and Barchu. When he responded with them, he mistakenly began the blessing of Yotzer Or immediately. What should he do with Yishtabach?
Answer
He should say Yishtabach after Yotzer Hame'orot before Ahava Rabba or after Ahava Rabba before the Shema.
