Skipping Pesukei Dezimra
Question
If someone arrives late to the sunrise minyan, is it better to skip Pesukei Dezimra and pray with the congregation at sunrise, or should he wait for the next minyan where he can pray without skipping?
Answer
If he regularly prays at sunrise, he should say Baruch She'amar, Ashrei, Yishtabach, the blessings of the Shema, and the Amidah.
