Obligation of Silence during Zimun

Question

Eating something for which the blessing 'Shehakol' is recited and joining a Zimun, until when must one remain silent and listen to the leader of the Zimun?

Answer

Until the end of the first blessing, even if not reciting Birkat Hamazon.
