Mistake in Birkat Hamazon

Question

If one made a mistake in Birkat Hamazon on a weekday and added 'Retze' or 'Ya'aleh Veyavo', does he need to repeat the blessing?

Answer

If he is in the middle of the blessing, he returns to the beginning of the blessing, but if he has finished, he does not return.
