Final Hand Washing

Hello,
When a person performs the final hand washing, can they pour water from the tap over the entire hand, on the same area that was wetted during hand washing, or must it be specifically up to the end of the finger joints?

Hello,
Although the obligation is up to the first joint of the fingers, one may wash more than that.
