Reciting 'Amen Yehei Shmei Rabbah'

Does the chazan also say 'Amen' when reciting 'Yehei Shmei Rabbah'?

The chazan does not repeat the word 'Amen', [just as he does not repeat after each 'and say Amen' in Kaddish], but continues and says 'Yehei Shmei Rabbah', etc.
