Maariv on Time or with a Minyan?

Hello and blessings, Is it preferable to recite Maariv before midnight alone or after midnight with a minyan? Thank you very much.

Answer

Hello Rabbi,

One should recite the Shema before midnight. Afterwards, wait and pray with a minyan after midnight.
