Recitation of Shema before Bed

A woman who prays Maariv, which passages should she recite afterwards in the Shema?

It is sufficient to say 'Shema' and 'Ve'ahavta'.

According to the custom of the Ari, three passages are recited in the Kriat Shema before bed.
