Forgot the Traveler's Prayer

Question

A member of the Sephardic community is traveling for 72 minutes and remembers halfway that he didn't say the Traveler's Prayer. Can he say it?

Answer

If there are not 72 minutes of travel remaining, he should not recite the blessing.
