Question

At what stage of the journey on Highway 1 should the Traveler's Prayer be recited? Both when leaving Jerusalem and when arriving in Jerusalem.

Since there is a road of 4 parasangs (approximately 4 km) without houses, the Traveler's Prayer is recited with a blessing. Immediately upon leaving the city limits.
