Blessing upon Seeing Graves
Question
I see Har HaMenuchot every day from Highway No. 1, and now I am at a memorial service on the other side of Har HaMenuchot. Do I need to say the blessing 'Asher Yatzar Etchem'?
Answer
In practice, it is customary not to recite the blessing, even if a new grave has been added, unless you are familiar with the newly added grave.
