The blessing “Who has apportioned of His glory” upon judges
Question
Should one recite the blessing over the judges of the Supreme Court, “Blessed is He who has apportioned of His glory,” since they are the ones who make the final decisions?

One does not recite the blessing.
They do not have the authority to put someone to death.
