Spices Mixed with Mint Crystals — The Blessing over Fragrance

Is it necessary to recite a blessing over the mixture of types of spices (for the blessings over fragrance) produced by the company "Shmek Tabak"? I heard that the mixture is composed of fragrant woods and fragrant herbs, but the main scent is mint, and it is possible that after some time all the scent will be from the mint. Do you know what the actual situation is in this regard, and what is the practical halacha?

According to what I checked, the strong scent comes from mint “crystals,” and one cannot recite a blessing over the mint because it is not natural mint. 

As long as you sense the scents of the woods and herbs strongly, one may recite the blessing “Minei Besamim.” But after not a long time, only a faint scent remains from them, and one can no longer recite a blessing.
