The blessing over smelling “fragrance inhalers”
Question
In advance of Yom Kippur, “fragrance inhalers” (spices/fragrances for smelling) are now being sold, and it is stated on them that they are made of 100% natural ingredients, without any synthetic compound, in mint, eucalyptus, or Clear scents. Is a blessing required before smelling them?

Answer
Hello and blessings,
If it is the liquid itself, one recites a blessing.
If it is a sponge or cotton wool in which the fragrant substance is absorbed, one does not recite a blessing.
