Blessing for Cereal with Milk

What is the blessing for cereal with milk? Should two blessings be recited?

Answer

Shalom Rav,

Only the blessing "Mezonot" is recited, as the milk is consumed in a mixture, and "Mezonot" is always considered the primary blessing.

Even if a little milk remains after finishing the cereal, no blessing is recited on the milk.
