What blessing is recited over pizza when the dough is made with fruit juice?

The blessing is Hamotzi.

Orach Chaim, Siman 168, Sif 17. A pie filled with meat or cheese is blessed with Hamotzi. This also applies when the dough is kneaded with fruit juice or is dry and crunchy.
