I want to renew my tallit on Rosh Hashanah. A. When I wear it on the first day of Rosh Hashanah, should I recite the blessing of Shehecheyanu? B. Is it permissible and advisable to prepare the tying of the tzitzit on the tallit tonight? With blessings for a good inscription and sealing, Yehuda
