Should one recite the blessing 'Hatov Vehametiv' on a new sofa?

Answer

Hello,

If there are at least two members in the household, the blessing 'Hatov Vehametiv' is recited.

If it is a single person's residence, the blessing 'Shehecheyanu' is recited.
