Blessing on a New Car
Question
I bought a car 'second-hand', when is the blessing 'Hatov Vehametiv' recited, and who recites it, since both my wife and I are supposed to drive the car?

The blessing 'Hatov Vehametiv' is recited immediately after the purchase. You should recite it in the presence of your wife, and she will listen and fulfill her obligation.
