Blessing on Lightning and Thunder

Until when are the blessings on thunder and lightning valid?

The blessings on thunder and lightning are valid until the next morning, at which point if one sees or hears them again, they should bless again. There is a situation where one should bless again on the same day, and that is if the clouds have completely dispersed, and then if one hears thunder or sees lightning again, they should bless again.
