Heard Thunder and Saw Lightning Simultaneously

What is the ruling if one hears thunder and sees lightning simultaneously?
Answer
The ruling that one should recite a separate blessing for thunder and lightning does not apply when they are seen and heard simultaneously. In such a case, one recites the blessing 'Oseh Ma'aseh Bereshit' and it covers both.
