Blessing after 'Kif Kaf'

Question

The 'Kif Kaf' snack is made of wafer coated with chocolate. What blessing is recited after eating it?

Answer

If one does not eat a kezayit of the grain within 4 minutes, the blessing is 'Borei Nefashot'.
