The sanctity of a small prayer booklet without Hashem’s Name

Question

Is it permitted to enter the bathroom with a small booklet containing the blessing of “Asher Yatzar” (sacred text) inside one covering, when it does not contain Hashem’s Name explicitly, but only “D.” and “Elokeinu” with a kuf?

Answer

Greetings and blessings

Even a page with a blessing that does not contain Hashem’s Name has sanctity, and one must not treat it disrespectfully, but one covering is sufficient.
