Ashrei or Parashat HaTamid
Question
I am one minute before sunset. What is preferable to say: Ashrei or Parashat HaTamid?
Answer
Shalom Rav,
One who is close to sunset should pray the Shemoneh Esrei of Mincha, without Ashrei and without Parashat HaTamid.
In the case where there is time to say one of them, it appears from the words of the Mishnah Berurah that one should say Ashrei.
