Time for Pidyon HaBen
Question
We have a grandson who is a firstborn son, and he was born on Saturday night, the night of the 26th of Av, at a quarter to ten in the evening. Regarding a Pidyon HaBen, our practice is to wait until 30 complete days have passed. When should we, with God’s help, hold his Pidyon HaBen? And is it preferable at night or during the day?

In such a case, it is done on the 26th of Elul during the day, and this is effective according to all opinions and approaches.
