Listening to a Siyum over the Phone

Question

Is someone who listens to a Siyum over the phone considered as participating in the Siyum?

Answer

It is permissible to be lenient and consider that someone who listens to a Siyum over the phone is considered as having participated in the Siyum. See Azmera Leshimcha on Pesach regarding the fast of the firstborn.
