A Siyum on Three Sections of the Mishnah Berurah

Question

Does one recite Kaddish upon completing an in-depth study of three sections of the Mishnah Berurah, and is the siyum considered a seudat mitzvah?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

This is not considered an actual siyum, but rather a meal in honor of the Torah. 

Therefore, one does not recite the special Kaddish for a siyum, but rather Kaddish “Al Yisrael.” 

The meal is a seudat mitzvah, but it does not override the fast of Erev Pesach and does not permit eating meat during the Nine Days.
