Microblading Eyebrows Before Chemotherapy

Is it permissible to allow microblading for a woman before chemotherapy? She is likely to lose her eyebrows and wants to do it in advance.

Our teacher, the Gaon, Rabbi Amram Fried, does not permit microblading.
However, the instruction is 'not to object to those who are lenient', as there are opinions that are lenient.
