Law Regarding Earrings for Men

Is there a prohibition against wearing an earring in one ear, specifically a small diamond earring that men commonly wear?

Hello,
There are two prohibitions involved: A. The prohibition against following the customs of the non-Jews. B. The prohibition of a man wearing women's clothing, as this depends on the conduct of righteous men, not those who act improperly. Righteous men do not do this.
