Koshering a Non-Kosher Oven

Question

Greetings and blessings. For someone who travels abroad for vacation and stays in a rental home, is there a way to kosher the ovens there for use?

Answer

Dear …!
The oven can be koshered by heating it at the highest temperature for about an hour. This also works for iron-made baking trays.
For enamel-coated trays, there is doubt whether koshering is effective, so one should use kosher trays.
At the very least, place a disposable tray over the original tray, and make sure there is no water between the trays.
