Toothbrush for Sabbath

Question

Is it permissible to use a silicone toothbrush on the Sabbath, which some claim does not absorb water, and to put mouthwash on it?

Answer

Greetings,
Silicone does not absorb liquids, and from this aspect, there is no problem.
However, the bristles should also be spaced far enough apart from each other, so as not to violate the prohibition of wringing out. It is difficult to estimate this in writing, one needs to see with his own eyes, but according to the rule I wrote, you can estimate.
