Honoring Parents for a Married Woman

Question

Is there a commandment of honoring parents for a married woman who wants to do something that, according to her mother's opinion, is not good and the mother even said she would regret it? It is needless to mention that the woman's husband thinks there is no problem at all.

Answer

Dear …!
In the case that this is something that concerns her husband, she does not need to obey her mother, as she is primarily obligated to her husband.
Also, in the case where her husband instructs her to do a certain thing, and if she won’t listen to him, it will offend him, she is obligated to obey him.
In the case where the husband does not care what she does, it is a commandment for her to obey her mother, if it does not harm the woman herself.
