Consumption of Meat on Shabbos while Mourning

Question

Our custom during mourning is not to eat meat, only fish. Is it permissible to eat on the Shabbos when we rise from the shiva, if the burial was on Sunday? And is there a difference between the Friday meal in the evening and the Shabbos morning meal?

Answer

It is a mitzvah to eat meat on the Shabbos even when one is in mourning, both on Friday night and on Shabbos morning.
