Consecrating a Torah scroll in memory of both parents.
Question
Hello and blessings. My mother passed away a decade ago, and now my father passed away too. We would like to write a Torah scroll. Is it possible for the Torah scroll to be in memory of both of our parents?
Answer
Indeed, it is fitting to dedicate the Torah to the elevation of the souls of both parents, and there is great and important merit in doing so.
