Question

I deposited a bottle in the machine for returning bottles in Yesh Chesed chain, and the machine gave me back 3 ₪ instead of 0.30 ₪. What should I do?

Answer

You need to ask the manager; if the damage is to the store, you need to do what the shift manager tells you to do. If they say the damage is not to the store, there is no obligation to exert any further effort.
