Paying for the results of negligence

Question

I have a cellphone store, and it has happened a few times that I have mistakenly signed customers up for a more expensive plan than the one they requested, and only after some time did they realize this, and then I switched them to the cheaper plan. The reason I made this mistake is that I don't know English, and the plan names are in English. My question is, do I have to compensate them the money they lost because of me?

Answer

Dear …!
You must compensate the money that was overpaid due to being put on a wrong plan.

None
