Blessing on ground foods

Question

I work at an old age home where we serve ground food to elderly people who don't have teeth. I wanted to know what blessing to make on ground or well-minced tomatoes, minced cucumbers and plums that have been ground into liquid state. Thank you.

Answer

Dear …!
For every fruit or vegetable that is ground so finely that it became unrecognizable, the blessing is “שהכל” — “by Whose word all came into being”.
