A car that caused damage

Question

My car was hit and damaged by another car, and the driver who caused the damage wants to fix it only through an Arab garage. But the damaged party insists that it only be done in the cheapest Jewish garage — but it has to be Jewish.

Answer

The damaged party has the right to demand that the car be fixed in a Jewish garage.
