Pouring from a kettle onto boiling milk

Question

I poured hot water from a kettle on boiling-hot dairy farina, which was standing on a burning stove. Did the kettle become dairy?

Answer

Dear …!
If one pours boiling water from a kettle onto meat or milk does not acquire the status of being dairy or meaty. Even though the water stream connects the kettle to the milk, this is not considered as a substance that connects two objects by being poured.
As for the hot vapors that rise and engulf the kettle, there is no problem either, since the kettle is hot and the vapors are burned in it.
