Negative review of a business

Is it permitted to write a negative review about a business on an internet site (such as Google Reviews, etc.)?

All the rules of slander apply here, and only if the conditions of saying something negative "for the benefit of the hearer" outlined in "Chofetz Chaim" are fulfilled, is it permissible.
It should be noted that, in most cases, all the conditions are in fact met.
