Didn’t pray for rain

Question

If at night someone remembered that he didn’t mention the prayer for rain “give dew and rain” in the morning prayer, what should he do now?

Answer

Dear …!

If one forgot to mention the supplication for rain in his prayer, he has to recite the prayer over again. If one has to make up for a prayer that was missed or recited incorrectly, one can only do so during the time of the next prayer. In your case, since the time for the afternoon prayer minchah has already passed, you can no longer make up for your morning prayer that was recited incorrectly.
