Ate in a forbidden way – grace

Question

If on Sukkot, somebody ate outside the sukkah bread or any other food that has to be eaten in a sukkah, does he have to say grace afterwards?

Answer

Dear …!

He has to make a blessing both before and after eating. Even though someone who ate a forbidden food does not make a blessing neither before, nor after eating, someone who eats permitted food in a place that is forbidden or at a time that is forbidden, does have to make a blessing before and after.
